I have been a biologist with the U.S. Geological Survey since 2002. My current research interests include: (1) the relationships between stream habitat and fish communities in the Catskills, (2) the effects of fluctuating water levels on aquatic communities downstream from a dam, and (3) the behavioral response of salmonids to water-treatment chemicals. I received a B.S. in biology from Duke University and an M.S. in aquatic ecology from Cornell University.
