I've worked with the U.S. Geological Survey as a hydrologist since 1979. I have a B.S. in Meteorology from the State University of New York College at Oneonta and a M.S. in Meteorology from Pennsylvania State University. I've conducted studies in both surface and ground-water hydrology. Currently I'm the Supervisory Hydrologist in charge of the Watershed Research Section. It is a pleasure to work with the professional and conscientious staff that has been assembled in the Watershed Research Section.
